At an event last year, I met a mum who knew about my business and of course we got chatting about all things breastfeeding. During the conversation she mentioned she breastfed in secret. I asked her to explain as I was curious how you would even do that.
I wrote the above article for Boobingit.com and since then I have had so many responses from people afraid to breastfeed in public or in front of their family. Getting the confidence to feed in front of others takes patience, kindness from others and bravery on your own part. Start with one feed with someone who is supportive of breastfeeding and take it from there!
