Breastfeeding Tea's have many benefits as outlined below, but if you don't like a hot drink, we have also shared our favourite iced tea recipe too!

    Make an Iced Breastfeeding Tea

    1. Use one teabag per 300ml of water

    2. Add freshly boiled water just enough to cover tea bag and wait for 2 minutes.

    3. Top up with cold water and pop in fridge to cool, either 30 minutes or overnight.

    4. Just add ice or fruit if you like it a little sweeter.
