At what point is my order sent?
We aim to dispatch products and gift boxes within 24 hours of an order being placed, but this may extend to 48 hours if ordered over the weekend, with delivery estimates as below depending on location. It is important that you understand and accept that any dispatch or delivery dates we provide are estimations only and the time of delivery is not of the essence. We will however use our reasonable efforts to keep you updated of any delays in delivery.
Delivery to Ireland:
All of our products and gift boxes are sent by An Post.
From 1st November 2022, we offer free delivery on all orders over €50.
Any orders under this value will be charged at a flat rate of €5.50
All of our products and gifts come with tracked delivery, and you will get a postage confirmation email once your product or gift box has been sent. This will include a tracking number which you can use to track your product or gift box. Tracking is available with this link: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search
Delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 working days from when the package was sent.
In times of busy periods for the An Post service, sometimes your package may take longer, if this happens, please contact us via email hello@mamasboobiebox.com or our contact form on the website.
Delivery to the UK and Mainland Europe:
We can deliver to the UK and Europe but this comes with additional charges on top of the product cost.
A flat rate of €15 will be applied to each delivery within UK and Mainland Europe. The maximum delivery cost is €15 if purchasing multiple products with a gift box.
An Post or another suitable courier will be used for delivery to the UK and Mainland Europe.
Currently delivery times can take anywhere between 10 days and 3 weeks to the UK due to customs and Brexit issues. We have not charged you, the customer, for any import duties that may apply, so you may be subject to these before your package is delivered. Payment of these costs are entirely your responsibility.
Delivery outside of Europe:
We offer customers delivery outside of Europe but it may come with additional charges for delivery fees, customs or additional tax and duties.
An Post or another suitable courier will be used for delivery for outside of Europe.
A flat rate of €20 will be applied to each delivery outside of mainland Europe and UK.
The maximum delivery cost is €20 if purchasing multiple products with a gift box.
Delivery times can range between 10 days and 3 weeks depending on processing of your package through customs or other government agencies.
